UIN Jakarta Library, Inspirational Stories - Limited facilities are no longer an obstacle for UIN Jakarta students to do their coursework. Many students prove that without having a personal laptop, they can still be productive by utilizing UIN Jakarta Library facilities.

Amalia Zahra, a student of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences (FDIK), is a living example of the spirit of never giving up. Despite not having a laptop, Amalia can still complete her assignments by spending time in the library. “I can spend the whole day using the computers in the library to do my assignments. So, there is no reason not to be able to do the assignment even though I don't have a laptop,” she said enthusiastically, when met in the Multimedia room of UIN Jakarta Library, last Wednesday (11/9).

The same thing was expressed by Yusfa Eka, a student of the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST). According to her, the computer facilities provided by the library are very helpful for students who do not have their own devices. “My assignments can be completed on time because I often utilize the computer facilities at the library,” she said.

Yolanda, a student from the Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH), also expressed a similar sentiment. For her, the library is an ideal place to study and do assignments in peace.“Apart from the computer facilities, the atmosphere in the library is very supportive to focus on doing assignments,” she said.

Priyo Supriyadi, S.IP, Information System and IT Manager of UIN Jakarta Library, explained that the library not only provides computers, but also internet access in all areas of the library building, from the 1st floor to the 7th floor. “We provide complete computer facilities (Corei5 specifications) to support students to remain productive, including for students who do not have personal laptop devices. All students can utilize this facility for free,” Priyo explained.

“Please note, there are 15 computers that visitors can use. This computer facility (multimedia room) is located on the 5th floor of the library building.” he added.

These inspiring stories from students show that limited facilities are not a barrier to academic achievement. With enthusiasm, creativity, and available facilities, every student can continue to work and complete their college assignments well.
