Inspirational Message - "Lectures shape a better mindset," emphasized Musfiah Saidah, S.Sos., M.Si, a lecturer at the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences at UIN Jakarta, sharing her story during a talk show session at the "EXPOSE UIN Jakarta 2025" event, held at the Student Center Hall on Thursday (06/02).

"College is important because education is a long-term investment, especially for a career. Lectures not only provide knowledge but also open opportunities for networking and friendships," added Musfiah, who is currently known as an educational influencer on TikTok, actively sharing insights about the world of education.

According to her, success has different definitions for each person, depending on the perspectives and goals they set. Therefore, she emphasized the importance of planning and discipline in achieving dreams.

"Everyone has their own path, both in academics and non-academics. Success has its own criteria, so don't procrastinate often. Make daily and monthly lists to achieve goals. Our mindset is also influenced by what we consume," she explained.

As a lecturer and educational content creator, Musfiah also provided an inspirational message for those who feel failed or face challenges in their life's journey.

"If later things don't go as you hoped, don't let it take away your smile. Believe that whatever reality you get is the best path from God," she said full of motivation, having completed her postgraduate studies at the University of Indonesia.

With her inspiring academic journey—from UIN Jakarta to the University of Indonesia, then returning to serve at her alma mater—Musfiah is proof that education is not only about academic achievements but also about shaping character and a better mindset in facing the future. *RMr
