UIN Jakarta Library, Online News - Ciputat, July 12, 2024, On last Thursday (11/07/2024), the American Corner of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Library held a very informative light discussion, themed "All About Education USA", which was directly hosted by Santika Salim, an Education USA Adviser. The event took place from 13.00 to 15.00 WIB on the 7th floor of the American Corner Room of UIN Jakarta Library, which aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the education process in the United States to UIN Jakarta students who want to continue their studies.

Santika Salim opened the event with an explanation of the education system in the United States, including the differences between community colleges and universities, as well as the application process that prospective international students need to go through. With extensive experience and knowledge, Santika provided a clear picture of the steps that need to be taken to continue studying in Uncle Sam's country.

During the session, participants were informed about the different types of scholarships available, tips on writing strong essays, and how to prepare for interviews. Santika also shared personal experiences about life as an international student in the United States, providing valuable tips for adapting to a new culture and environment.
