UIN Jakarta Library News Online, Ciputat 03 July 2024 - Today (Wednesday, 03 July 2024) UIN Jakarta Library mourns the passing of Mr. M. Djuhro S., Head of UIN Jakarta Library 1998-2000 Period. He passed away today at his residence in Menes, Pandeglang, Banten due to a long illness.

Mr. Djuhro is known as a dedicated figure in developing UIN Jakarta Library during his tenure. He managed to expand the book collection and improve the services provided, so that UIN Jakarta Library is increasingly recognized as one of the best libraries in the field of religious studies and science.

Head of UIN Jakarta Library, Agus Rifai, expressed his deep condolences on the passing of Mr. M. Djuhro S. "He is a figure who has contributed in developing UIN Jakarta Library. Under his leadership, UIN Jakarta Library experienced development in the procurement of book collections, as well as improving services to students, lecturers and the academic community of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. May his deeds and worship, as well as his faith and Islam be accepted by Allah SWT, and the family left behind be given fortitude," Agus said.

Mr. Djuhro's body will be buried at the family cemetery in Menes, Pandeglang, Banten. (Rizki Mulyarahman)
